I Received a Card

My friend Sue made this card for me. She wanted to show me how to use the spinners that she gave me. Beautiful card!

Congratulations with a Flourish

I have a coworker that is leaving for a new job. I used the flourish embossing folder on wild wasabi card stock. The ovals were cut with nestabilities. Bling completed the look.

Sympathy Cards: Scallop Trim

I needed more sympathy cards. I used a similar design, but used the Scallop Trim corner punch for both. I used Dusty Durango for the card stock and ink. I also used Crushed Curry for the sponged area.

Christmas Tic Tac Toe

The stamps are Stampin' Up. I stamped the nine images on white card stock, backed them with red card stock, and arranged them in a 3x3 square. The corners and center are on dimensionals. The ribbon and edge sponging finished it off. The angle of the picture makes it look like the middle square is too close to the square below it, but the squares are really equally spaced.

I had a great day in my card room. I usually don't post three in a day, but I was on a roll.

Sympathy: Wood Grain, Tree, Thinking of You

I recently purchased the wood grain background stamp. I love how it prints.

I used the light brown card stock as the base of the wood grain stamp with dark brown ink. The stamps are Stampin' Up.

Christmas: Tree Border

I used Stampin' Up stamps. The Christmas sentiment has other words around it, but I cut them out. I did not like their message, but I love the font on the Christmas. The white card stock was stamped and run through the Cuttlebug with the dotted swiss embossing folder. I used the debossed side of the card stock for a different look. Bling on the all of trees' stars and around the sentiment. Ribbon along top and sponging around the edge. I really like how this card turned out.

Valentine's Day Mini-Milk Cartons

I love the Sizzix mini-milk carton die. After cutting the pink card stock, I stamped red hearts somewhat randomly over the entire paper. I used dimensionals for the scalloped piece. Stampin' Up stamps and punches were used. Red ribbon and a small clip finished it off.

The pink candy corn filled the milk carton! How fun.

Birthday Tags

These are for two birthday presents -- to and from six-year-olds. My grandson picked out the stamps; he loves horses. The stamps are from 20 or so years ago. The tag is from a Sizzix die. I did a little coloring and a little sponging.
