Springtime Smiles

Stampin' Up's Easter Blossoms stamp set created this card. I used Wild Wasabi and white card stock. I stamped the blossomed branch in brown ink on the embossed top note, then colored the blossoms. I used crystal bling, but the picture does not do it justice. The sentiment was stamped on white with wasabi ink, put on the scalloped oval, and mounted them on dimensionals. Love it!

Mother's Day

This card utilized new (for me) stamps, embossing folder, and a punch. I used Wild Wasabi and white card stock. The tulip frame embossing folder has such a great impression. I also just received the four frames stamp set and the decorative label punch. Boy, did I use a lot of new items!

The wild wasabi green decorative label punches are from the same punch as the white. I cut two pieces diagonally and pulled them out just a bit to look like layering. I mounted the punched label piece on dimensionals and added bling.

Easter Mini-Take-Out Boxes

My grandson Patrick and I made enough of the mini-take-out boxes for him to take to his classmates and teachers. I used 12"x12" paper cut into 6" squares. I used the mini-take-out box die, folded, taped corners, inserted brads, and added goodies. The sentiment was printed on the computer and punched out.

Some of the boxes say "Happy Easter from Patrick" and others say "Happy Easter". We made enough for friends also.

Stamping Card Club

My friend and SU Demonstrator holds a monthly card club. I was able to attend this month. We made three cards. The first one is for Easter or Springtime. I love the silhouette stamp.

The ribbon on the Life is a matter of moments card was gathered. We pulled on one thread and eased the gathers to the length of the card. The Decorative Label punch was used for both the white and rose punch-outs. We punched two of the rose color and pieced them behind the white punch-out. Then we punch three of the rose, cut them in half lengthwise and used them as a border. Great way to use the punch in different ways.

The clock was stamped, cut out, and layered on black. Brads were used to add dimension to the card. We used a crimper on the background for added dimension also. Great card! Thanks, Sue.

Birthday Cupcakes

Stampin' Up has a cupcake punch and stamp set that builds cupcakes. I used Bashful Blue as the base color and accented with Almost Navy. The sentiment "It's not about how many candles you blow out, but how many cupcakes you get!" is from the same set. I added bling to the one layer card and I was done. Love the stamps and punch!
