Birthday: Honeycomb Bevel with Happy BEE Day

The Honeycomb Bevel dies, made by Birch Press Design, are three separate dies that fit together.  I used two yellows and black for the honeycombs.  The black made the honeycomb pop.  The bee is from SU!'s set Honey Bee.  The sentiment is from Reverse Confetti's Happy Bee Day.  The background is watercolored with watercolor powder.  Sponging added another layer of color.

Birthday: Grandiose Bevel on Watercolor Background

I love these dies from Birch Press Designs.  The dies come as a set of three to create the most remarkable layers.  I watercolored the background with watercolor powders.  I used Rose Red, Regal Rose, and Pink Pirouette for the layers.  I used a spray glue to adhere the layers.  The sentiment is from You're Inspiring.

Puzzle: Art Project for School

Jakob decorated this puzzle.  He used the stamp pad to color the background.  Then he sponged the spots the ink pad missed.  He then chose some of his favorite stamps.  Fun project for him.

The background is watercolored -- blue on the top and green on the bottom.  The pearls in the corner are yellow to look like the sun.  The kites are from SU:'s Send me soaring.  The sentiment is from SU!'s  Flowing Fountain.

Sympathy: Flourishing Phrases

The Flourishing Phrases is one of my favorite sets for sympathy cards. I used the Flourish thinlet for this card. I die cut the green, cutting off the flowers. Then I die cut the pink flowers and glued them in place. I love the look of the brick wall in the background.

Pear Pizzazz
Mossy Meadow

Valentine: Treat Boxes

Using the Mini-Milk Carton die, I made 50 of these for both Jakob and Ella. I used retired card stock or scraps, so the boxes were all different colors.  We put bags of candy inside the box.  Fun and pretty fast.
