Sympathy: Sponged Thinking of You

I needed two more sympathy cards, so I made similar designs. I stamped in brown, then embossed with a clear embossing powder. I used a 1" square punch in a scrap piece of card stock as a template for my sponging. I used orange and sponged the squares in a somewhat random pattern.

The first card was what I planned in my head. The second card used dimensionals to cover an ink smudge from my finger. I like both cards.

Valentine's Day Boxes

My grandson Patrick is in Kindergarten, which means I got to create Valentine's Day boxes for his 24 classmates and 2 teachers. The above boxes are for the teachers; they have Hershey's kisses in the box.

The boxes for the classmates have conversation hearts and a Bakugan valentine inside.

Recipe:
Sizzix die for the box
SU paper, punches, stamps
Computer and printer for the printed names

Christmas: Holiday Greetings

A clean and simple card, I ran the white card stock through the Cuttlebug, added the sentiment, and added bling. I rounded the corners of the white, adhered it to red, and then adhered it to another white card stock. I love this embossing folder for the elegant look.

Christmas: Peace Joy Love

A Stampin' Up retired set was used for this card. I stamped the tree and the sentiment in green. I colored the tree with my water markers. I then ran it through the Cuttlebug, ticket punched it, and added brads.

Christmas: Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas!

Using some very old Hero Arts stamps (20 years or so), I created a window by cutting the stamped image into four equal panes. The sentiment is Stampin' Up. I am still working on one holiday card per week.
