Wedding: Pink, Green, and Gray Congratulations

I am not too fond of gray, but I went with the bride's colors.  This card was for a friend of Malanie.

I cut the dress with an oval die, but realized my oval layers wouldn't work on the card.  So I joined the oval with scalloped circles.  Interesting effect that worked.

Birthday: Screen Divider for 80th Birthday

My daughter-in-law's grandmother is celebrating her 80th birthday soon.  I love, love, love the colors of this card.  I have seen some of the screen divider cards on Pinterest, but they all seemed so busy.  I chose to simplify three of the panels, allowing me to concentrate on just one panel.  I love how this turned out!

Scrapbooking: Museum of the Rockies

Our annual fall trip to Yellowstone National Park always includes a trip to the Museum of the Rockies in Bozeman, Montana.  No matter how many times we go, the museum never fails to thrill and entertain us.  This year Jakob was three years old and LOVES dinosaurs.  He was absolutely fascinated with the entire experience!

Fortunately, my daughter, Aaron, and daughter-in-law, Malanie, are scrapbookers.  I prefer making cards.  But, about once a month, they get together at my house to create their scrapbook pages. 

My son, Jason, graduated from boot camp and is now is attending AIT training.  So many pictures and memories!  Today, Aaron and Malanie created four pages to add to his scrapbook.
