Inspirational: Thinking of You

For an inspirational or motivational card, I chose a simple front with a verse from the 2010 Be Good To Yourself Calendar.

I used:
  • Dotted Swiss embossing folder from Cuttlebug,
  • Charms die from Cuttlebug,
  • Blue and white cardstock,
  • Ribbon,
  • Rubber stamps,
  • Computer generated verse for inside of card.

Birthday: Slider

I had fun with this card. I made the "envelope" with white card stock folded and sealed on three sides. On the fourth side, I made a hole through both the envelope and the slider. Then I attached the ribbon to the slider. I decorated the front of the envelope with the scallop punch, decorator paper, and star stick-ons. The scalloped piece is on dimensionals to hide the hold for the ribbon.
I used:  Card stock: White and Decorator, Scallop punch, Dimensionals, Ribbon, Star stick-ons, Rubber Stamps

Birthday: Make A Wish

Using the Birthday Duo embossing folder on metallic purple card stock gives this card a elegant, feminine touch.

I used:
Card stock:
  Metallic purple
  White
Birthday Duos embossing folder
Stick-on gems
Rubber stamps
Ribbon
Corner rounder punch

Birthday: Bee Happy

I layered the metallic card stock with a standard card stock. I used my scalloped punch to go through both layers.  The bees are stamped on the inside, showing through the scalloped hole.

I used:
Card stock:
  Green metallic
  Grey
Scallop punch
Dimensionals
Rubber stamps
Ribbon

Sympathy Cards

I needed two sympathy cards, so I used a similar style but with different stamp sets. Both card backs and envelopes have the ivy stamp, which stands for strength and determination.

I used:
Blue and white card stock,
D'Vine Swirls embossing folder for the Cuttlebug,
Ribbon,
Dimensionals,
Rubber stamps
