Center Step Four-Layer Rose

This is Kitchen Sink Stamps' mini rose set.  I used 4 different ink layers for the beautiful rose.  Last time I used SU inks Blushing Bride for step 1, Regal Rose for step 2, Melon Mambo for step 3, and Rose Red for step 4, the sentiment, and the background. This time I used Regal Rose, Melon Mambo, Rose Red, and Cherry Cobbler.  I used Real Red for the card base, front and sides, and taffeta ribbon.

I love the four layers.  It adds so much dimension to the image!

Four-Step Center Step Roses

Kitchen Sink Stamps has the greatest selection of 3 and 4 step stamp sets.  I used SU inks Blushing Bride for step 1, Regal Rose for step 2, Melon Mambo for step 3, and Rose Red for step 4, the sentiment, and the background.  The card base is Blushing Bride; the accent pink is Rose Red.

Mickey Mouse Valentine's Day Boxes

This was a fun project! I have a mini take out box cutting die from Lifestyle Crafts. The box is pretty small so we filled it with conversation hearts. I used Mickey Mouse designer paper which might be a bit unusual for Valentine's Day. The die had precut holes for the brads. I printed the sentiment on the computer, punched with the oval, and punched the scalloped oval to complete the project.

My grandson Patrick is in first grade; this will be what he takes for his class.  He was very helpful in the creation of his boxes!
