Birthday Boxes

I had three friends with birthdays quite close together. To celebrate, I made these boxes out of a single 8 1/2" x 11" card stock. I used a lattice punch on the lid. The lid slides behind the stamped piece on the front, which is on dimensionals. Even though the pictures don't show it, I punched holes in the side close to the top of the box. I laced a ribbon through and tied it at the top of the box to keep the box closed.

Valentine Treat Boxes

Getting ready for Valentine's Day is always enjoyable. I purchased four boxes of Sweethearts for $1. I created the box from pink card stock 3 1/2" x 6 3/4". I used designer paper to cover the top and the bottom of the candy box. Then I tied a 16" ribbon at the top of the candy box. The ribbon will be the pull tab to get the candy box out of the decorated box.

The same designer paper became the base for the front of the candy box. A punched scalloped piece with a punched white stamped circle were placed on dimensionals on the front of the box. A fun and easy project!

Thank You Card

I used the Ornate Frame die to cut the green card stock, making sure I did not cut the fold. Using Stampin' Up punches, I stamped the Thank You! I used dimensionals to attach the scalloped piece.

Since I needed twelve thank you notes, this was the perfect card.
