When my great-niece Rylynn turned 4, I made a card looking like a dilly bar. Whenever Rylynn and I have a play date, we end up at the Dairy Queen for dilly bars.I used:
pink and white cardstock
scalloped punch for the "bite"
popsicle stick for the back
ribbon
dimensionals
rubber stamps
small plastic flower
