Alcohol Ink Using a Stylus
This is my first card with the alcohol inks. I layered Basic Black and Blackberry Bliss with the alcohol ink paper. The circles were made with a stylus. I love how the pink and blue colors created such a beautiful purple.

Easel Display of Alcohol Ink Creation
My first attempt at alcohol inks, thanks to Myriam's Nature. I love Myriam's videos; I felt less intimidated. My daughter made this for her friend. My cards will be in the next post.
We used Jacquard Pinata alcohol inks. We applied the ink to alcohol ink paper, added alcohol, and used a blow dryer to move the ink around. Stunning effect!
The easel in the back is Sizzix Tim Holtz small easel.

Get Well: Sending Well Wishes
My cousin just had surgery, so I sent this card to her. I watercolored the background and adhered the die cut over the base. I used Dandelion Wishes for the sentiment. Misty Moonlight was used for the main color.

Hello: Slimline Daisies
My grandson had to write a letter to his teacher, so (of course) I made a card for him. I made the card in the slimline for to fit into the envelope his teacher supplied.

Happy Birthday Die Cut on Watercolor
A new die for me. I watercolored the background with Brusho watercolor powders. I used Mango Melody for the base and the die cut. The drops in the corner are Nuvo Crystal Drops. The drops are easy to apply, but they take 48 hours to dry completely.

Hugs and Hearts: Artistically Asian
I am on a mission to use stamps or stamp sets that I have never used before. I have had the bamboo background stamp, the bamboo embossing envelope, the set Artistically Asian, and a Japanese stamp set that I have never used until today.
I started with the card base in River Rock. Then I colored the brown background, ran it through the embossing folder, put some VersaMark on the high points, and put on gold embossing powder. The top layer is watercolor paper that I covered with River Rock ink, bamboo stamps, VersaMark, and gold embossing powder. Then I added the ribbon and the curlicues.

Thinking of You: Watercolor and Punches
Blackberry Bliss is the perfect color to complement the Brusho watercolor powders. I used the braided border punch to add dimension to the watercoloring.
